Stock availability
Subject to stock availability and clearance of payment. Your order will be sent out in 1 working day. No orders are despatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. If there is to be any additional delay we will of course, notify you of this.

 

UK Customers

For delivery in the UK customers can choose from Royal Mail 1st Class signed for, Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Special Delivery and DPD Next Day Service . The exact cost of delivery is automatically calculated according to weight and size, and is shown when you checkout, before payment. Dispatch of the item may take up to 1 working days. Please note some bespoke and larger items may be charged at a extra cost but will be noted before payment is taken.

European Customers

We use DPD, DHL , Royal Mail, or UPS service for all deliveries. The exact cost of delivery is automatically calculated according to weight and size, and is shown when you checkout, before payment. Delivery normally takes 4 working days.

Rest of the World

We use DHL, DPD, Royal Mail or UPS service for all deliveries.  Delivery normally takes 5-7 days for , but can take longer in some cases. The exact cost of delivery is automatically calculated according to weight and is shown when you checkout, before payment.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase.

If you wish to return your item(s) for a refund (excluding original delivery charge) or exchange for another size, they must be returned to us in a fully resalable condition, unused, and with tags on within 30 days of you receiving your order.

Please fill in the Return Form sent with your item(s) and package the item(s) you would like to return with the Return Form in a mailing bag/box appropriate for the size of the item(s) to ensure safe delivery back to us.

We recommend that you obtain a receipt for proof of postage.

 

Any items returned due to a fault with the product will receive a full refund for the item and any postage incurred (proof of postage cost is required). We will cover delivery costs of new items sent to you that are an exchange.
